FINALLY A NEW POST

Long story short....I haven't cooked in a while. I was craving cheeseburger soup. When I was finally done, 2 hours later, I couldn't wait to taste it! Something was not right with my soup! When Chris got home I showed him our Tapioca flour and told him I think it was expired! He pointed out it was not Tapioca flour...but Coconut flour I had used! Needless to say hamburger, cheese and veggies does not taste well with Coconut flour! Panera here we come!
